Ardour was a pop-up restaurant with a community twist. It was a weeks long partnership between Reno based non-profit Future Kind, the Hug High School Advanced Culinary Arts program, Reno Provisions and guest chefs Ian Madan and Chase Daley.

Top students of the culinary arts program worked alongside the chefs at the pop-up restaurant where helped with food prep and service, and had the opportunity to meet and greet guests.
